What is Business finance? 

 

Business finance means art and science of collecting and using of funds to operate a business is called business finance. We can also say business finance manage our money and other financial resources in Our Business. It finds out where is financial resources? how can we collect our business capital? how can we spend our financial resources by economy? how can we make our business strong in financial condition? What is our business strength and weakness? and how can we operate the business smoothly in certain condition? in this way these questions answers are called business finance. 

 

So, business finance is an Indicator of financial activities in the business. It operates business towards its goal by managing financial conditions of the business. The manager takes financial decisions according to the direction of business finance. 

 

It involves planning, organizing and controlling financial activities in the business. For example, planning about capital, Issue of shares, organization of resources and controlling of unnecessary expenditures and other things in the organization. 

 

In the conclusion, the Business finance means process of obtaining and managing finances in a business or the activities such as planning and budgeting, raising capital, managing cash flow and making financial decisions in a business are Called business finance.
